The RCA Odyssey mentoring program, initiated by the RCA in 2022, stands as a formal mentoring initiative.
The Odyssey program endeavors not only to fortify the RCA as an organization but also to curtail attrition, bolster our succession planning capabilities for collective benefit, and foster recognition and reflection upon the personal and professional triumphs and concerns of our members nationwide. This annual program operates from October to April. As a pivotal aspect of the program, participants are offered professional development sessions featuring esteemed guest speakers.
The RCA Odyssey coordination team is pleased to invite all RCA members to the fourth PD session of the 23-24 program. We are honored to host Maj Ellie Johnston, the team captain of the CISIM women’s basketball team, who will share insights on “Building High-Performance Teams: Leadership Lessons from Sports.”
