There are a few administrative matters that you need to take care of:
- Is your passport up to date?
- Have you checked your travel insurance?
- Have you looked into phone connectivity while in Europe?
- Serving Member? Have you submitted your request to wear DEU 1A on the tour?
OP Take Post Booklet – We’re created a searchable booklet for you that provides a glimpse into the artillery units that participated, the guns they operated and some details on the Gunners that did not make it home. In addition, there are 10 simple questions distributed in the booklet that you can discuss with your friends and fellow travellers.
Discussion Forum – We’ve set up a Discussion Forum on our RCAA members only portal. Not a member? Send an email to exdir.rcaa.aarc@gmail.com to gain access. The intent of the forum is to discuss general topics such as the history of the RCA, travel in Europe, etc. There is a lot of knowledge that can be gained from other participants on the tour! Specific questions regarding your flights or the tour itself can be still be sent direct to Merit Travel or Maj (ret’d) Richard Gratton rgratton1534@gmail.com
