RCAA History and Legacy Committee

The Royal Canadian Artillery Association has stood up the RCAA History and Legacy Committee to provide an opportunity for those with interest in the history of The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery can meet virtually once a month and discuss of historical significance to Canadian Artillery.

The meetings are chaired by Lieutenant-Colonel (ret’d) Mark Wilson and are scheduled to be held on the last Thursday of each month although the schedule is subject change. Members are encouraged to contribute to the “Object of the Month“.  If you would like to receive notifications of the next event please email exdir.rcaa.aarc@gmail.com.

30 October 2025 – The highlights of the meeting involved a discussion on the conservation of General Currie’s 1919 Campaign Map, General Currie Brigade Pennant, RCA Museum Command Post Exhibition, Currie 150th Anniversary event in Victoria, RCA WW II Regimental History Books, Faces to Graves project.
