He volunteered and was proactive in taking charge of the file. He maintained close communication with the national planning team, unit commander and reserve units, which sustained clear situational awareness. His analytical, planning and communication skills allowed him to not only stand out, but to make the Quebec region shine in the eyes of The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery. Because Maj Roberge was able to carry the start of UBIQUE 150 celebrations, he receives the first of five commemorative coins.”
